Excellent quality leather! No problem with tracking for the package. Very beautiful bridle but some details were a little botched. A bit of a shame but from a distance it’s not really visible 🙂

Had some issues with shipping (not her fault via the shipping company) and it was handled extremely professionally and she was super understanding! She even threw in a collar for me as well to make up for it! I will absolutely be shipping here again!!

Shipping was delayed by the carrier. Shop owner was great with answering my questions.

Love this item- excellent quality and came as described. The only improvement would be if it had wheels! I checked it on a recent mulit city trip and it came through in perfect condition so it is sturdy too! We would love to have some bags made with wheels! That’s a great idea thanks for the feedback ❣️❣️
