Okay, it’s been only 1 week since my pup received this collar. I’m currently only giving 2 stars to this. Is it attractive? Yes. Does it look good on my dog? Yes. Is it already coming apart in key areas? Yes. Is it the same size as the description? No. I ordered the size small for my Border Collie who is 7 months old with a 14.5 inch neck. The small is supposed to be 1 inch in width. This is 1 3/8 inches. It’s supposed to have the first hole at 13 inches. It’s first hole is at 15. The stitching at the D-ring closest to the buckle is coming apart. I really wanted to support this Canadian, female owned business, but am feeling unsatisfied with the product.
It’s a beautiful leather collar. Only issue was the size is not at all as advertised and unsure if it’s Canadian made. My pup has a 14.5 inch neck and is 7 months old. I ordered a small thinking it would grow with him. The collar is 1 3/8 inch thick vs 1 inch and the smallest hole is at 15 inches vs 13. The address on the shipping label also came from AZ. I specifically want Canadian, as the US government is currently ran by the worst humans to walk this earth. Otherwise, the collar is beautiful and should hopefully grow to fit my pup. However, this will stop me from buying multiples for my dog nieces and nephew as Canadian made materials show that on their product tags.
I got the Navajo red beaded collar for my dog and it is beautiful!!!!! I’m very pleased with the purchase it looks so good 😊 The fine details are gorgeous and the stitching is phenomenal!
