We take pride in our gear and want you to have a smooth ride with us—before and after you buy.
14-Day Returns — Full-Price Items
Window: Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase date.
Condition: Item must be new, unused, and tagged.
What you get: Store credit or an exchange for full-price items.
Shipping: You cover return and re-ship costs. Items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Inspection: Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or process the exchange and email you confirmation.
Pre-shipment cancellations: If your regular-priced, in-stock order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel for a full refund.
Note on dog collars: If the wrong size was ordered, a restocking fee may apply on exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale & Promo Items
Final sale: Anything discounted or on sale is final sale—no returns or refunds.
Promo codes: Can’t be stacked on items already on sale.
Custom & Personalized Orders
No returns/exchanges/cancellations. Once a custom order is placed, we start building it.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Ranch Hand gear is guaranteed for 1 year from purchase. If something goes sideways, reach out—we’ll make it right according to the warranty.
How to Start a Return/Exchange
Fill out the below form with your order details and what you’d like to do (return or exchange).
We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
Ship it back in new condition with tags. We’ll inspect and then issue your store credit , refund or exchange.
